Make it better

I am a multidisciplinary designer and content creator. I have a passion for all things advertising that has been nurtured in the heart and grit of the motor city. With 10 years of agency experience, I’ve touched all kinds of work from big time broadcast shoots down to the nitty-gritty pixels involved the the fine tuning of the digital world. I’m a firm believer that leadership happens at all levels, and continuously research and workshop with my team to make every project, large and small, a success. I believe making great creative work is a team sport and I work seamlessly in partnership with senior leadership, production, account managers and strategy to bring great work from concept to execution.

A few of my favorite things

  • Becoming a mother has profoundly shifted my perspective, infusing my life with a newfound creativity and deeper appreciation for moments both big and small. The responsibilities and joys of motherhood have sparked fresh insights and innovative thinking in my approach to art and design. Balancing nurturing instincts with creative pursuits has fostered a more holistic and empathetic approach to my work as I draw inspiration from everyday experiences and embrace the richness of parenthood in my creative endeavors.

  • My passion for long-distance running, particularly ultra marathons, has deeply influenced my career as a dedicated and resilient art director. The self-discipline required to train consistently for these challenging races translates directly into my professional life, where I approach each project with meticulous planning and unwavering commitment. Endurance running has taught me to persevere through setbacks, maintain focus during demanding tasks, and push boundaries to achieve ambitious creative goals. This mindset not only fuels my personal growth but also enhances my ability to lead and inspire others.

  • Rock climbing has been more than just a sport for me; it's been a transformative journey into embracing creative problem-solving under pressure. Scaling cliffs has taught me to think on my feet, adapt quickly to changing situations, and find innovative solutions to challenges that arise on the pathway to sucess. This mindset has seamlessly translated into my professional life, where I approach creative projects with a fearless attitude, welcoming unconventional solutions and pushing boundaries to achieve unique and impactful results. Rock climbing has not only strengthened my mental fortitude but has also enriched my ability to forge unique solutions when tackling creative assignments.

I feel out of place if there’s not a camera in my hand.

I am forever grateful for the places and the magical souls my camera has lead me to. I’ve shot in the beautiful fields of the midwest, the dusty deserts of Utah and all the way to the epic mountain wilderness of Alaska.
